This Oximeter is very comfortable and precise. While maintaining the unity suggested for several minutes to get an accurate reading, I find that the readings after about 10-15 seconds are just as accurate.

MY BROTHER visit recently, I found it failing health. After two stays in hospitals and numerous staff, he still could not breath HOME. The BAUGHT the oximeter to test at home and armed for DR NEXT DATE! A 77% O2 level was sufficient to do the convincing. THIS WAS ECONOMIC DEViSE, accurate and gave U.S. BOTH reassurance that he was monitored daily. IF NOT NOW ITS O2 test 3 times a day with blood pressure, heart, SUGAR METER. PIECE OF MIND!

Returning home after a thirteen day stay in an incident CHF in November 2009, I was put on oxygen. After all the home care therapies have been used my doctor recommended I still maintain the oxygen at home in case I needed it again. I can recognize when I need extra oxygen, but bought my own point your finger Oximeter. Cost in the range of $ 30 and works perfectly. On a recent trip check up for my heart doctor, who read 99 on their tests and I asked how it went high. He said 100, so I was almost to the limit. I still get breathless and short of breath with physical exertion, but can control my level of SpO2 easily know if I need to return to the O2 cylinders for re-supply. I believe that this arrangement of fingertip saves me a trip to the emergency room is not necessary when I need a little ‘extra oxygen. If the reading is low and O2 home does not meet, I see no need to seek professional help. Thanks,
